Our focus is to manage the leakages in Working Capital Value Chain of our clients. We ensure that the receivables in the B2B scenario are serviced on time, every time. Whether it means prepping up the customer days before the due date or tracking the progress on the payment, we ensure we work diligently, yet with a smile to enhance the customer experience. We understand the varied requirements to service receivables of different vintages. Working with customers to collect in the late stage or provisioned for receivables, we provide an equally great experience.

Operating Philosophy

“Complete ownership” is the key to all our operation. We work as an extended arm of our client’s internal teams to ensure all the required work (documentation, tax clarifications, Service SLAs etc.) is completed in time to ensure faster collections. If it means reaching out to various internal stakeholders for signoffs and/or other requirements, we make it our responsibility to do it. We believe in solving issues with complete ownership to ensure faster collections. Our services know no geographical boundaries and our endeavor is to service our clients without one. With Pan India presence, we cover almost the entire length & breadth of this country to ensure timely collections of our client’s receivables. We have a physical presence in 18 cities and cover another 32 cities through a Hub & Spoke model. To make sure that no query or an issue is unanswered in any way we have an efficient telecalling team based out of our call centre in Gurgaon which compliments our geographical presence in an unparalleled way.

We make sure our team is proactively updated about the changing scenarios in Finance, be it compliance, invoicing or reconciliation. Our cumulative experience includes setting up businesses in areas like working capital solutions, corporate cards, regulatory and organizational compliance, six sigma initiatives and operations.The Senior Management team is a mix of Sales Heads, Senior Operations resources having worked with Fortune 500 companies, accumulating a big pool of experience and knowledge.

Sridhar Kuchibhottlla is the Founder and CEO of TanServ. Sridhar has proven his abilities at building profitable businesses by delivering strong P & L results across industry segments. He has been an expert at turning around and developing profitable portfolios for business. His expertise lies in managing very large and divergent territories & teams.

Sridhar has learned the nuances of business having worked for organisations like Godrej-GE, Wipro, SBI Cards & GE Capital as a part of their senior management team.

Aravind Gangadharan

- Director, TanServ

Aravind Gangadharan is a Director at TanServ. Aravind is an MBA with 18+ years of rich experience where he has worked for companies like GE Capital, American Express, Royal Sundaram and a couple of start-ups in senior/ leadership positions & successfully managed P&L roles.
